Cars for Homes
Your vehicle donation can
help a family build a home, and
give them the hope of a better life! Car, truck, boat and RV donations
help Habitat for Humanity build houses in partnership with families in
need of decent, affordable shelter. You can donate vehicles at the
Cars for
Homes™ website or by calling 1-877-277-4344 toll free.
Plus, when you donate a vehicle, your
donation may be eligible for tax deduction purposes if you itemize.
Please consult the IRS or your tax adviser for details.
Unique Skills
To
provide affordable housing for those in need, Habitat for Humanity of
Matthews relies on the help of those in the community with unique
skills. Examples include lawyers who help conduct home closings and draw
up mortgage documents, financial advisors who can provide tips and
advice for our first-time homeowners, subcontractors who oversee
building activities, etc. If you have a unique skill or service you wish
to provide that you think would help the affiliate in its mission,
