What is
VolunteerHub?
VolunteerHub is a utility that we use to keep track of each individual
event. VolunteerHub allows volunteers to register for events at their
convenience.
Why is there a location to enter a join code when I register?
This join code is for volunteers who are participating in a specific
group event. If you are volunteering with a group, your group
leader/coordinator should have the join code that you need to enter.
Why am I not able to see my group's event?
First you must enter your group's join code. See your group
leader/coordinator for the join code.
Where do I enter
my join code?
There will be an option when you first register or if you have already
registered you can edit your account information to join.

When you first register- you will see
an option to enter a "join code" near the bottom, before you "save
user". Type the join code that your leader/coordinator
provided (it is case sensitive) and click "join". An
indication should appear that you have successfully joined your
group. Make sure to click "save user" to complete the process.

If you have already registered- Click
"my account" near the top right of the screen and click "edit".
You will see an option to enter a "join code" near the bottom,
before you "save user". Type the join code that your
leader/coordinator provided (it is case sensitive) and click "join".
An indication should appear that you have successfully joined your
group. Make sure to click "save user" to complete the process.
