New Group User- Step-By-Step Instructions

If you have been given a group user code and need to register on VolunteerHub then you are at the right place.  If you are not affiliated with a group, please see our New Individual User page for help.

To Begin:

You can access the VolunteerHub page by clicking the button below:

This button will take you to the sign in page.

Create a Username:

The first thing you need to do is create a username.

• Scroll to the bottom of the first page and click Register.

• Choose a username that you will use to login with and type it in the username area. 

• Once you have chosen a username, choose a password and fill in the 2 areas for your password.

• Please enter any contact information that is relevant (some fields, such as your name, are required)

• Near the bottom of the screen will be a place to enter a join code.  If you are joining a group you should have already received this code.  Please note that the code is case-sensitive.  Once you have joined the group you should receive a message directly below showing that you are in that group.

• Once all of your information is entered in properly, click Save and Continue at the bottom of the page.

*Please make sure choose a username and password you can easily remember as you will use them to login to VolunteerHub.

Events

Now that you have created a username and password you can view and register for events.

• To view events click the events tab near the top left of the screen.

• Scroll down to Upcoming Events to see current events that are scheduled.

• To register for an event click the Sign Up button.

• If you do not see the event that you are supposed to be registering for, it could be because you have not joined your group.  Please take a moment and ensure you are in the correct group because otherwise the events will not appear.  If your group is correct and you still do not see the event you can contact Crys@habitatmatthews.org with any questions.

• A screen will appear that tells you what event you are registering for.  If this is the event you would like to attend, Click Next.

• Please ensure that your username is correct and click Finish to finalize your registration.
